We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategy & Management: Design, implement, and manage a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Performance Measurement: Define key social media KPIs and measure the success of all campaigns.
Content Oversight: Oversee all social media content, ensuring it is on-brand and engaging.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media, design, and applications, and attend relevant workshops and conferences.
Content Collaboration: Work with copywriters, designers, and other teams to produce informative and appealing content.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams.
Performance & SEO: Monitor performance marketing updates, track user engagement, and perform basic SEO to optimize content.
Community & PR: Communicate with followers, influencers, and industry professionals to build a strong network and manage public relations.
Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (text, photos, videos).
Business Insights: Research current trends and audience preferences to present new business ideas to senior management.
Community Engagement: Respond to queries, monitor customer reviews, and oversee the design of social media accounts.
Brand Growth: Suggest and implement new features like promotions and contests to grow brand awareness.
Tools & Skills: Proficient in using tools like Canva and other software for post and video editing.
Team Leadership: Train and mentor other team members.

What we are looking for:

Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
Education: Bachelors/Masters/MBA in Marketing or relevant field (preferred)
Platform Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and others.
Analytical Skills: A solid understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Strategic Research: Proven experience with audience and buyer persona research.
Design & Web Knowledge: Familiarity with graphic design principles, web design, and publishing.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking, time-management, and project management skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Great leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Campaign Management: Experience in measuring the success of social media campaigns.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel for demos, events, and exhibitions.
