Job Summary:

As a Logistics Coordinator at insdieFPV, you will play a key role in managing the packaging and dispatching of our products. You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that orders are processed accurately, packaged securely, and dispatched promptly. Attention to detail, organization, and effective communication are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibility:

• Order Fulfillment and Dispatch: Manage the complete order fulfillment process, including order picking, packaging, and dispatching. Coordinate packaging and labeling according to specific customer and shipping requirements.
• Inventory and Material Management: Oversee all aspects of inventory, including receiving new materials against purchase orders, conducting monthly inventory reconciliations, and performing regular stock audits. This includes managing special items like arena and defense bags, as well as general consumables.
• Return and RTO Processing: Handle the full lifecycle of returns, including tracking and receiving both RTOs (Return to Origin) and standard returns for replacements.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and manage essential shipping documents such as purchase invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs forms. Ensure all shipments meet compliance standards.
• Logistics Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for logistics partners and carriers, scheduling pickups and deliveries. Track and provide timely updates on shipment status to internal teams and customers.
• Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct quality control inspections on all incoming materials and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy, condition, and compliance with company standards.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve issues related to non-delivery reports (NDR), weight discrepancies, and other shipping or delivery challenges in a timely manner.
• Warehouse and Facility Management: Ensure proper utilization and organization of warehouse space. This includes managing the stock of packaging materials and coordinating the printing of essential materials like brochures, visiting cards, and manuals.
• Assembly and Demonstrations: Coordinate the assembly of products and arrange for materials and logistics required for product demonstrations.
• Safety and Process Improvement: Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices across all packaging and shipping operations. Maintain detailed records of activities and metrics to drive continuous process improvement.
