Job Overview

The Drone Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and testing advanced UAV systems. The role requires hands-on expertise in drone hardware, flight control systems, payload integration, and troubleshooting to deliver reliable, high-performance drone platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test drone hardware, software, and integrated systems.
• Integrate flight controllers, navigation systems, communication modules, and payloads.
• Perform assembly, calibration, testing, and performance optimization of UAV platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to electronics, propulsion, and control systems.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance drone capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development.
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and engineering manuals.
• Provide technical support and participate in field testing and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• Experience in UAV design, development, or system integration.
• Strong understanding of flight control systems, sensor integration, and communication protocols.
• Proficiency in drone assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid drone pilot license is an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel across India for testing, deployments, and customer support activities.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic and mission-critical environments.
